Our team of designers and building surveyors quickly assess suitability of any building or land. Our commercial team can work with Health and Social Care Partnerships to create a cost-neutral solution for them. Working closely with providers and care professionals we ensure safety, relevant legislative requirements and care and support needs are considered during land and building appraisal.

Our legal team deal with the conveyancing and due diligence of each purchase. All purchases, builds and refits are fully project managed. This combination with our access to significant private equity investment ensures that we purchase and turnaround properties quickly.

One or two apartments of in excess of 550 sq ft. (if flat then it must have a lift or must be capacity for us to add a lift)
We will consider tenanted homes

BUY AND LEASE BACK OPTION

We offer those that own property the option of sale and lease back. This allows you to sell your property(ies) and rent it back from us as a tenant.

This scheme is aimed at care providers with a large property portfolio. Under this scheme we will take on all property liabilities allowing you to concentrate on continuing to provide care for the tenants.
