We are particularly interested in providing housing for those who are termed ‘delayed discharge’
WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP
Working with HSCP commissioners and care providers it is our aim to provide bespoke homes for those with complex needs. We are particularly interested in providing housing for those who are termed ‘delayed discharge’ within hospital wards and those who are currently housed ‘out of area’ and so living some distance from those close to them.
Health and Social Care Partnerships and Commissioners
Building on current relationships with HSCP commissioners we have a good understanding of each local authority’s requirements. We work with them to meet both the actual and anticipated need to provide much needed homes for individuals with care and support needs.
The homes we offer are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual tenant. We pride ourselves on building homes for life. They are designed to meet the current and anticipated care and support needs of each tenant. The properties we offer include shared accommodation (houses of multiple occupation), self-contained flats and for those with very complex needs can provide individual accommodation.
Support Providers Needing Accommodation
Where care providers have accommodation needs for individual(s) they support we can work with them to design and build a property which meets the unique needs of the individual(s) they are supporting.
We work with care providers in the charity and independent sector to who care for individuals with high level of complex needs including:
